1. How much is the application fee?
$30.00 per adult, all adults must be on the lease.
2. Do the apartment homes come with assigned parking?
All apartment homes come with one assigned carport or garage.
3. How many guests are allowed to use the amenities?
Two guest per apartment home.
4. Does the leasing office accept packages for residents?
Yes.
5. Are you a gated community?
Yes.
6. How many swimming pools does the community have?
There are four swimming pools located within the community.
7. Do the apartment homes come with washer & dryers?
Phase 1 has stackable washer and dryer includes. Phase 2 has access for full size washer and dryer hook-ups. Select apartment homes will have them included.
8. Does the community have laundry facilities?
There are three laundry facilities conveniently located through out the community.
9. Does the community have courtesy patrol on the property?
Yes.
10. Do you provide rental furniture?
Yes! We’ve partnered with Brook Furniture Rental to provide this for our residents that are interested. Please visit their website at www.bfr.com. | | | |
